Ways to Support Us
We help people with disabilities
achieve greater independence.
ETCIL’s mission is to help people with disabilities achieve greater independence, self-sufficiency, and full participation in their communities. Living independently is living much like everyone else – having the same opportunities to succeed, to fail, to make decisions, to pursue enjoyment, to learn, and to experience life.
We’re here to help
every step of the way.

Independent Skills Training
ETCIL provides individualized life skills training for persons with disabilities who desire to gain a particular skill in order to become more independent.

Personalized Advocacy
